Aline, based in Brasil, has been advising family businesses for the last 15 years. She brings significant experience across a range of challenges families face in governance, business strategy, organisation and leadership development.

She began her association with family business when she joined strategy consulting group Monitor in São Paulo. She rose to partner co-founding and leading their family business practice. She spent two years in the not-for-profit sector at the Ayrton Senna Institute.

From there she started working with Acanthite co-founder Robert Davies at multi-generational families in Brazil. She became a partner at Banyan Global before setting up her own boutique advisory firm Alma - Empresas Familiares.

She is an Engineer from University of São Carlos, has an MBA from Insead in France and is trained in Conflict Mediation at Harvard Business School.
