Dirk brings over 30 years’ experience in managing family businesses, including his own, where he represents the seventh generation of shareholders. Over a decade, he successfully led the transformation of his family’s company from a textile group into a diversified real estate and energy business. 

Leveraging his extensive firsthand experience and rigorous training at the German “Institut für Inhaberstrategie,” Dirk passionately advises shareholder families on conflict resolution, succession planning, shareholder strategy, and the implementation of effective business, family, and wealth governance frameworks.

Before focusing on the family business sector, Dirk worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he successfully delivered projects in Spain, Latin America, and Germany.
