Robert has worked as an advisor to the owners of family businesses and their investment offices since 2013, following 35 years of professional experience.

Before advising owners, Robert was a Senior Partner at The Boston Consulting Group where he worked for 25 years. During that time, he specialised in topics related to shareholder value creation, and portfolio and business strategies and diversification. He was also responsible for developing BCG’s approach to organisational culture, and founded BCG’s Brazil operations, building a 100-person office over the span of eight years.

Robert is passionate about helping families work out what they want and is then persistent in guiding them to make change happen.
