Based in the UK, Rosanne is a highly-experienced Non-Executive Director and board-level advisor specialising in business strategy and organisational change. She currently serves on the boards of three financial services companies and chairs a privately-owned consultancy in the diamond sector.

With a career spanning four decades, Rosanne has partnered with public, private, and family-owned enterprises. She began her career at Boston Consulting Group, becoming a Partner in the Retail & Consumer Goods practice, and later held senior executive roles across the pharmaceutical, outsourcing, and travel industries. Rosanne is passionate about creating long-term shareholder value and developing effective boards—especially supporting next-generation family members in preparing for leadership roles.

Rosanne was awarded a Kennedy Scholarship to MIT, where she earned an MS in Management Science from the Sloan School of Management. She is also an Honorary Fellow of Worcester College, Oxford.
